Picture this: years of shuttling sons and daughter to soccer, track and field, volley ball and hockey games, munching on road food. Not satisfied with fast food, I dove into crafting homemade recipes using wholesome ingredients.
My mission? To master the art of creating mouthwatering artisanal meats that revolve around quality ingredients.
From grinding and curing to smoking, brining, stuffing, and marinating - I've done it all. But I didn’t stop there! I get a kick out of growing the majority of my own peppers and spices, adding that extra personal touch to every bite.
